- Pay
- Basic pay ₹36,000 in the first year, ₹37,080 in the second, ₹38,192 in the third and ₹39,338 in the fourth, plus IDA, HRA and other allowances as per the existing Government orders. The engagement runs for one year initially, renewable yearly up to a total of four years, and either party may end it on one month's notice or payment of the Basic Pay plus IDA components in lieu. Gross and in-hand pay vary by posting and allowance.

Basic eligibility paths
- The engagement is on tenure basis only, initially for one year and extendable by three more years on yearly renewal based on factory requirement and individual performance.
- Only citizens of India fulfilling the qualification and specification in the advertisement may apply.
