- Oil India's live advertisement list and its advertisement archive, checked 4 Aug 2026, show no Grade A officer advertisement; the executive vacancies on those pages are all experienced-hire posts in higher grades.
- The recent executive advertisements in the HRAQ/REC-EX-B series — 2025-01 dated 11 Feb 2025 and 2025-05 dated 17 Jun 2025 in Grade D, 2025-03 dated 20 May 2025 in Grade C, and the Grade D/E/F executive-cadre notice that closed 28 Jun 2026 — each require substantial post-qualification experience, so none of them describes entry-level Grade A eligibility.
- Confirm education, age, nationality, discipline and category rules from the Grade A advertisement itself when Oil India publishes one; this record deliberately carries no figure for it.
